Fall’s Just Around the Corner in Eureka Springs, AR – September Events!

August 31st, 2013 by babiesblog

September in Eureka Springs is a transition from the August heat to the invigorating chill of October and fall. School is underway and now is the time to run away from home and the stresses of everyday life! Eureka Springs has many happenings to help you with your getaway:

September 6 – 8

  • The Antique Auto Festival (September 6 – 8) includes a parade of more than 200 cars and the re-enactment of the Great Bank Robbery of 1922 (Eureka Springs style)
  • If wood is in your heart and soul, then the Woodcarvers Festival (September 6-7) is your heartwood
  • You can release your inner musician (or frustrations) by joining the Drumming in the Park (September 7 – 6 to 8 PM)

  • Gallery Stroll – September 14th, 6 – 9 PM; there will be refreshments and you’ll get to meet artists at the participating downtown galleries

 September 18 – 21

  • Bikes, Blues and BBQ around town with motorcycle art on the 20th and 21st in the basement of the Auditorium

When you are visiting Eureka Springs during September or anytime, the nine members of the Bed and Breakfast Inns of Eureka Springs would love to be your hosts and hostesses, treating you in the way you’d like to become accustomed to. We will enhance your stay with a great place to stay and start each of your days with a wonderful (some say sinful) breakfast, and have homemade treats for you in the afternoon or evening.
